Credit purchases

One-time credit packs are reviewed for refund eligibility based on usage and the terms shown at checkout.

Unused, unexpired credits may be eligible for review within a reasonable window after purchase.
Credits already consumed by generated plans are generally non-refundable.
Refund eligibility depends on the final terms shown at checkout and your jurisdiction.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation timing and renewal terms follow the checkout copy and your payment provider.

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account before the next billing date.
Cancelling stops future renewals; your current period remains active until it ends.
Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period are not guaranteed and depend on provider terms.
Annual plans may be reviewed for refund within the window allowed by your payment provider.

When a verified platform error consumes credits incorrectly, we will restore credits or provide another fair remedy.

If a confirmed platform failure charges credits without delivering a usable plan, contact support.
We review each report and restore credits when the error is confirmed.
Issues caused by user input, network conditions, or third-party providers are reviewed case by case.
Repeated or disputed charges may require order details for verification.
